  • DBT Skills Groups adapted for Christians

Taught from a thoroughly Christian framework for Christian clients who experience intense emotions and difficulty regulating them. Inquire about group offerings.

  • Consultation

    Consultation

Consultation for cases involving comprehensive DBT and for clinicians seeking to deliver the DBT treatment to religious or Christian clients. I also provide consultation on the intersection between anxiety/OCD and religious faith (scrupulosity).

Sessions and Fees

$160 per individual therapy session. Sessions are 50 minutes long unless otherwise discussed. All sessions are conducted on the confidential and HIPAA-compliant platform Simple Practice, which is where all forms, billing, and scheduling are completed.

All my WA clients are seen through Bell Tower Counseling. For clients residing in WA state, Bell Tower offers need-based scholarships to ensure high-quality counseling is accessible to all.

I am licensed to treat clients in the state of Washington, with my Tennessee license currently pending. I provide telehealth only for WA clients, and I provide telehealth and in-person sessions for TN and Nashville based clients. Clients must be physically located in their respective state during sessions.

Insurance

I am not in-network for any insurance plans. For clients who would like to use their insurance for counseling reimbursement, I provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Each insurance plan offers different benefits so please check your specific coverage for details.

No Surprises Act

Under the No Surprises Act, instructions under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing of their ability, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services, to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges.

Clients will receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much their medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
